Beshear Puts Lawmaker To Sleep

Not all listeners at last night's State of the Commonwealth speech were scratching their heads: at least one got some shuteye. (Thanks to Jim Pence for sharing this video.) In fairness to the dozer, it would have been hard for anyone to stay awake for all of that speech.
