Rudy Visits Louisville

Here's Jefferson Poole's take on Rudy Giuliani's visit to Louisville today. I'm not endorsing anyone, and will back whomever the Republicans nominate. But I will say that when Rudy addressed the Federalist Society National Convention in Washington before Thanksgiving, he made a convincing case that he turned around New York City by lowering taxes at the outset.
