While Sen. John McCain exhorted Americans to "Put Country First", Obama supporters protesting outside unfurled a banner portraying a giant copy of the U.S. Constitution defaced with these words: "We Are The Ones We've Been Waiting For! We Are The Change That We Seek!" So that's what the left means by a "living Constitution." Still, it takes audacity to edit the Founders. But then again, they would say that the Founders are just dead white guys.
