A secret service agent affixed the presidential seal just before President Bush took the podium this afternoon in Cincinnati. The seal is almost as closely guarded as the president. It is not put up until the last moment before the president speaks because, as another agent said, "you cannot imagine how many people want to steal it." Kind of like Barack Obama, who coveted the presidential seal so much that he invented his own seal.
